I love the idea of a newsletter, I'm definitely subscribing to yours! And also what an incredible idea for you and Paulina to join up - I love how you've combined your blog names to be 'Color Me A Warrior Queen' x
Awesome idea! I have thought about doing a newsletter for the longest time but I just have no idea what I'd actually put into it to make it worthwhile for my readers. I bet yours would be great!
Yes. The free version doesn't allow you any advertising, and it doesn't have as many great features. It cost a lot for us to migrate up front, but it will be well worth it in the end. I'll have way more freedom.
I'm excited for you and your blog!! There's so many things you have in the works. Makes me think I need to get my act together. I'm just struggling with making sure things get posted on time. haha
Exactly my goal! Luckily, I can have someone help me move it over for free (yayy working in technology) but I still have to get the paid version and the hosting. I'm looking into all of it!
haha i have so many ideas, but secretly I struggle with making sure posts go up on time!!! Actually, since Iman and I decided to have a roommate, become homebodies and he started playing videogames again, I suddenly have a lot more time for blogging (oh yeah...and not planning a wedding gave me so much more time)
Yay! Thanks so much! I always thought that it would take forever to create one, but if you do an RSS based newsletter it takes just a few minutes! I feel like once I have one newsletter out the door, the next one will be easier!
Thank you so much for subscribing!! I sort of feel the same way, which is why I'm starting out with an RSS based newsletter. Really, if you think about it, it's a summary of your blog for the past month and a heartfelt letter to your reader! That makes it easier for me to write
We already had mine hosted as well. We left that in effect. We just bought disk space from A Small Orange for now and will switch it over when my other is up. The transfer went through wordpress and disqus and was fairly easy. It just took time. We ended up having to buy more disk space.
This is so exciting! I can't wait to see the awesome stuff in your newsletter!
