What else has got me grinning today?
We'll go ahead and say it: Most people think Mondays suck / are the worst / should die a fire-y death. I'm sure you get the picture.
We've all had our fair share of bad Mondays and bad Tuesdays and just plain ol' bad days. Instead of focusing on the bad, what if we focused on the good things?
What if we focused on the little things that made us smile today, yesterday, last week? Could our whole attitude change? In time, would we find that we're having more good days than bad?

1. I got to meet and hold (for 2 hours!) my nephew Oliver! He was born MONDAY NIGHT :)
2. Wednesday was Career Day at school and THERE WAS A TILLER RIG. I'm obsessed
3. On Friday night, we started our night at our favorite sushi place. Our server is in the background. We love the place so much that we are probably going to invite the owner to our wedding. I mean, how many other sushi places does the owner come to give you a hug hello and goodbye?
We celebrated the rest of the night with Iman's friend Adam for his birthday! I LOVE barhopping now. :)
4. This is the original Warrior Queen soundtrack made for my Ohio best friend circa 2007 or 2008. She tagged me in this on insta :)

ReplyDeletethank you!! He looks just like his big sister...who I hear is VERY jealous that there is a new baby. haha. The food was a complete surprise from the owner! He saw us looking extra nice so he brought it out to us. :)
