I wanted to let you all know, that I was nominated for a Liebster by the wonderful Amanda @ Musings of a Crazy Cat Girl, but since I have too many followers I would love to pass on the award to 6 other girls. Please leave a comment if you'd like to receive the questions!

5 Little Grins

We'll go ahead and say it: Most people think Mondays suck / are the worst / should die a fire-y death. I'm sure you get the picture.

We've all had our fair share of bad Mondays and bad Tuesdays and just plain ol' bad days. Instead of focusing on the bad, what if we focused on the good things?

What if we focused on the little things that made us smile today, yesterday, last week? Could our whole attitude change? In time, would we find that we're having more good days than bad?

Cassandra, Paulina and I would love for you to join us on our weekly link up counting at least 5 things that made you smile in the last week. We could start our Mondays on this positive note!

Of course, this is all about encouragement, so hop on over to some other blogs and leave a positive note and make a new friend!
The Rules! (These are really just kind suggestions)

1. Follow your hosts: Cassandra, Raewyn, and Paulina!

2. Link up your post that includes 5-ish things that made you smile in the past week

3. Comment after you link up

4. Go visit some other blogs and make some friends!

5. Have fun, and don't forget to smile!!
Wow, It's another week already!! This week's difficult to narrow it down...

1. We've solved our wedding problems, so far (dj and cake)

2. It rained!! California finally got some rain...and when it rains it rains so we now have lake front property.

Typical girls in the bathroom pic

Literally dancing while the photos being taken. I'm the moving blob =P

3. On Saturday night we went out to watch one of our friends DJ in Laguna Beach. OH MY GOSH. My legs are sore from dancing so hard. Shout out to Uber for the awesome drive home, minus the part when we decided to walk halfway and I tried to sleep on a fence.

4. I've got some amazing friends who helped me through some stuff this week. Thank you x 2 million.

5. During a lull in the rain, my brother and I brought ponchos to the homeless people that live in the park near our house. I love that he will always go with me to do a good deed, especially when we are both scared of homeless people. (Long story, see The DollHouse Fire)

And for good measure, here is an adorable picture of my cat sleeping in the mess he made:

  2. I just love that picture of y'all dancing! Too funny, and look like y'all had so much fun! I haven't been dancing in so long. Now I want to! So great that y'all got your wedding stuff straightened out. I can't imagine how stressful that must be. That's so sweet of you and your brother to bring ponchos to the homeless! So amazing.
